This group will combine the healthy & balanced diet eating framework together with the positive approach towards our mind & body. Each week we will complete different sections, assigned “homework”, we will discuss and share our experiences.
Our group is supportive and welcoming of all bodies :-).
Each group session is about 1-hour long and you can choose from morning or afternoon or combination.
