However, celery is the perfect food to chew for an instant nutrient kick. In addition, it is low in calories, carbs, fat, and cholesterol. Therefore, it is recommended to eat it raw or steamed rather then store in the freezer, to keep the healthy intake of its vitamins and minerals.
