How I became a nutritional adviser?

Picture website“During my life I could oversee many of my friends or relatives being unsatisfied with their bodies. They were on quick-fix diets, eating food they didn’t like or consumed inappropriate cleansing products. Later on, they have revealed that any dieting work in long-term is what caused frustration. I wished I could help people with their problem so I have learned the way how to change eating habits. The way is: live a healthy balanced lifestyle”.

My name is Veronika and I was born in Czech republic, where I spent my childhood and firstly experienced  fitness and dieting. I love doing various sport such as jogging, playing volleyball, fitness, yoga or simply walking.

I have studied Diet & Nutrition, Weight Management and Nutrition Therapy. As I always want to improve my skills,  I am currently studying Sports Nutrition and I believe that there will be more to come.

I understand differences among personalities – we are different (it would be a really boring life without variety)! This is the reason why I approach the issues in a very personal and discrete way. I want avoid generalisation so my recommendations will fit to the certain personality and your preferences.
